Super Conference Sponsorship Packages

Break Sponsor: $250

Sponsorship includes:

Signage on the break table to include the sponsor logo and name.
Logo on sponsorship page to appear in online/printed brochures and printed nametags.
Notation on schedule in online/printed brochures and nametags denoting break sponsorship.
Citation of sponsorship in course announcements in classes preceding the sponsored break.
Slide in the banquet slide show to include logo, name, and event sponsored.

There are two breaks per Friday and Saturday, with 4 sponsorships available per break. Multiple sponsorships may be purchased and applied towards a single or multiple breaks.

Meal Sponsorships: $1000

Sponsorship includes:

Signage on the buffet table of desired meal to include sponsor name and logo.
Logo on sponsorship page to appear in online/printed brochures and printed nametags.
Notation on schedule in online/printed brochure and nametags denoting meal sponsorship.
Citation of sponsorship in course announcements of each track preceding and immediately following the sponsored meal.
Discounted table and ambulance on the vendor floor
- 1st table- $250; 2nd table- $150
- 1st ambulance- $450; 2nd ambulance -$600

There are multiple sponsorships available for each meal. Multiple sponsorships may be purchased and applied to a single or multiple meals.

Educational Sponsorships:

ALL Educational Sponsorship and Partnership Packages include:

Signage on each track outside the classroom with entity logo and name.
Citation of sponsorship in course announcements of each track sponsored before each presentation.
Logo on sponsorship page to appear in online/printed brochure and printed nametags.
Track named for sponsor/entity on the schedule of courses in online/printed brochures and printed nametags.
Flyer to appear in NEMSA 2025 Super Conference social media ad - logo, name, and negotiable items.
Discounted table and ambulance on the vendor floor
- 1 vendor table- FREE
- 1 ambulance - $450 additional (Private Eye and Sherlock Holmes Packages are additional discounted price)
- 2nd ambulance -$600 additional (Sherlock Holmes Package is an additional discounted price)
- 2nd table - $150 additional

Event Sponsorships:

Sponsorship includes:

Signage during the event to include the sponsor logo and name.
Logo on sponsorship page to appear in online/printed brochures and printed nametags.
Notation on schedule in online/printed brochures and nametags denoting event sponsorship.
Quarter-page ad in online/printed brochures and printed nametags for the event to include sponsor’s name and logo and to be approved by the sponsor prior to print.
Citation of sponsorship in course announcements in classes preceding the sponsored event.
Slide in the banquet slide show to include logo, name, and event sponsored.
Discounted table and ambulance on the vendor floor
- 1 vendor table – FREE; additional $150
- 1 ambulance- $450; additional $600

There are multiple events to be sponsored, and multiple sponsorships are available for most events.
