The NEMSA Recognition and Support committee holds an annual memorial service during the banquet at the January conference. This is a simple candlelight ceremony to honor members of Nebraska rescue services that have passed away. We intend to make this an annual event, as a way of showing our gratitude for those who spent a portion of their lives in service to their communities. A member of their service will be asked to light a candle in their honor. You may submit names at the Winter, Spring and Statewide conferences.
